Think about thinks you like, but want to be better - and things that annoy you!

Sometimes ideas can be inspired by new tools. Access to your own, or a community, or even a commercial service for 3D printing, or laser cutting, CNC machining. What about "explore your own genome, hack together DNA code, build your own biofuel" (see OpenPCR), or your own electron microscope, or ........ The variety of tools becoming accessable to most people is growing rapidly, have a look around, you may be astounded!
